Do you allow pets?
Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome, with dogs up to 35 lbs full-grown. There's a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $45/month for the first pet and $25/month for the second. Assistance animals are exempt.
What are the income requirements?
Applicants need a gross household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Which utilities do residents pay?
At The Groves, heat, water, sewer and gas are included in rent, and residents pay electric plus a fixed garbage fee. At Granite City and The Boulevard, electric is in the resident's name and water, sewer, gas and garbage are billed through a utility billing allocation. At Hanson Court, electric is in the resident's name, plus a flat $120/month utility fee and an $8 monthly utility admin fee.
Is there an on-site leasing office?
Yes. Every Lakeshore community has an on-site leasing office.
